Initiated in Fall 2015 and concluding Fall 2022, the EDGE in Technology Leadership Roundtables were held to develop sustainable solutions to address the high attrition of women and BIPOC in technology and technology-related areas. Participants included an influential group of women and men who are committed to productive action in support of diversity.

Metrics: Facing the Data
Accurately measuring diversity in tech is a critical step in improving it. A standard set of metrics around diversity enables companies to measure the current state of diversity within their organizations, track the effectiveness of programs to increase diversity, provide actionable insights, and set benchmarks. The Metrics Working Group of the EDGE in Tech Leadership Round Table was formed to develop a set of meaningful diversity metrics and has released the following report based on their research.
